Used to love it here. Rubbed me the wrong way when I went to get the free neck trim they andvertise in front and all over their store. they proceed to tell me it’s by the location you get your last cut at. Where’s that in the advertisement? I’ve went here almost every time since living in Colorado, but then go to the one in Greely once and now they charge me $6 for a free neck trim.

I absolutely love Elyse and the job she does on my hair
I am done. The online booking system is even worse than before. In the last week I had to cancel two times because the times kept extending longer and longer. This time I signed in and expected a 70 minute wait and it ended up being over 90 minutes. I cannot justify committing two hours to a haircut. Once my prepaid cuts are done I am gone.

I got my neck shaved
Upon arrival guests should be greeted with welcome to Sports Clips how are you? Rather than “did you check in online.” Also I was under the impression that first time checking in online I’d receive a complimentary mvp upgrade none of which I was even offered. No shampoo, hot towel was offered. I paid 28$ plus a 4$ tip for a very basic haircut which by the way doesn’t look good, I should have just gone to Great Clips.

12/10, Elyse is fantastic. Her attention to detail is immaculate, no one can cut my hair and trim my beard to make me look better than I have any right to look like she can. Anyone who gives her less than at least 9 stars is quite frankly out of their minds.
